We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented game producer who can thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment. This role would be working primarily with our tools and workflow team.

• Working with multiple disciples including developers, artists, animators, designers to create intuitive tools and workflows,
• Sprint Planning, bug triaging and general backlog management,
• Managing daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other sprint rituals,
• Facilitating feedback and demo loops through rapid iteration cycles,
• Creating and distributing team status updates,
• Creating content & maintaining the team’s internal communication site,
• Working with Leads to remove ambiguity and mitigate risks,
• Managing dependencies between internal/external partners,
• Scheduling and facilitating meetings with team members and internal/external partners,

Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops, or similar bug database (TFS, VSTS)
• Familiarity with Xbox and Windows 10 Application Lifecycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software– Outlook, Excel, and Project

• Interest in Halo
